This is for ANYONE, mums, dads, from late pregnancy onwards. This about preserving and protecting your wellbeing, and to ease the strain of being a parent.
Topics covered:
Week 1. Nurture- what nurtures me and how to improve sleep/rest
Week 2. Emotions- yours, your baby's and others and how to keep balance
Week 3. Connections- how to navigate changes in relationships after a baby
Week 4. Nourish- how to tune into our senses to nourish ourselves.
Week 5. Healing and recovery- all birth needs to be recovered from- we'll look at how we can support our own healing process.
Week 6.Transformation- how to assimilate the changes in becoming a parent or having a new baby.
Every session will include introductions, journaling, mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, questions, chat, affirmations- tools for you to practise and take forwards to improve your sense of well being! 🙂
