Baby Yoga Classes brought to you by Hannah at Relax Isle of Wight.   

Taking place at Carisbrooke Recreation Ground Pavilion, classes are small friendly groups and very much baby led.  This means that you just join in whenever it suits baby and if they end up feeding/ crying etc for the whole class, it’s fine as you can still watch what I’m demonstrating and do the massage at home in your own time. 

It’s a great way to bond with baby and meet other parents. 

After lockdown many parents are finding groups like this invaluable to actually meet other parents and realise they are not alone with the things they're going through such as certain feelings and hormones.
