Quarr Abbey

Places to Visit

Quarr Abbey is a working monastery and home to a small group of Benedictine monks.  It makes for a lovely, peaceful place to visit all year round.  A place where you can explore the grounds, meet the pigs, admire the splendour of the Abbey and visit the cafe and gardens for lunch or refreshments.  There is also a brilliantly stocked shop with a whole range of Island produce, located within the cafe.

Facilities

- Parking in the carpark is free and there is normally no problem getting a space

- The grounds are flat and easily accessible especially for buggies

- Toilets are located next to the cafe
