Theatretrain provides Professional Training in the Performing Arts for young people aged 4 - 18.

Working as a team their weekly drama, dance and singing classes are fun, build confidence and develop the imagination making training accessible to all. 

Energy, enthusiasm and commitment are the only entry requirements. Their unique, step-by-step curriculum enables all young people to build a thorough understanding of the performing arts; developing technique, confidence, imagination, teamwork and individual expression along the way.

As the company that loves to perform they provide many opportunities for ALL pupils to perform in local, regional and West End shows.  Their classes of acting, singing and dancing are taught in age groups 4-5, 6-9, 9-12 and 13-18 and the curriculum provides a step by step understanding of the performing arts and previous experience isn't necessary.  

Students of Isle of Wight Theatretrain have gone on to study at leading Performing Arts Schools, including: Sylvia Young’s Theatre School, Bird College, Performers College, London School of Musical Theatre, Performance Preparation Academy, Mountview, Tring Park, ALRA, East 15, Rose Bruford, Urdang, Guildford School of Acting, The Academy of Contemporary Music, Emil Dale Academy, to name but a few.
