Bembridge Beach

Bembridge covers the area around the eastern tip of the Isle of Wight and has stunning views out across Bembridge Ledge.  The beach makes a great walk and although not particularly sandy, it's a good one for finding lots of interesting things.  It's rocky, shallow waters make it home to an abundance of sea creatures around the ledge.  If you're interested in going rockpooling, the best place is near the Lifeboat Station at low tide.

If you want to sample the seafood, visit the Crab and Lobster Inn or The Bembridge Beach Hut for some local produce.  And not only is this area known for its seafood, it is also home to Bembridge Sailing Club, a thriving club which offers opportunities to sail whatever your level and ability.

Facilities

- Parking is fairly limited, especially in peak season.  However, there are two carparks, at Forelands Field Road and on Fisherman's walk.
