Wellbeing Parent and Baby Groups- Nurture for your baby and YOU

Thursdays from 4th November @10.45-12 for 6 weeks in Carisbrooke

The focus will be NURTURE & WELLBEING for your baby AND YOU!

Each session includes:

• Journaling and mindfulness

• Self care and well being ideas and discussion based on @beyondbirthguide

• Chat

• Hot cuppa

• Baby massage

• Baby sensory activities and therapeutic play

• Singing

Partners also welcome if available

Cost £40 for 6 sessions- concessions available so please do message me if needed.
