The school holidays can be hard to juggle as a parent but they can also be a great opportunity for kids to gain new experiences, build confidence, acquire skills, make friends and most importantly...have fun!
We’ve pulled together a list of holiday clubs, which regularly take place across the Isle of Wight. Places can fill fast, so get in touch promptly to reserve your place.

Pink Cow Theatre Workshops
Innovative, creative and fun! School holiday theatre workshops based in the heart of Newport.
Work alongside others to create a piece of theatre - experience the whole theatrical process of devising, rehearsing and performing!
Perfect for youngsters with a passion for the arts who want to start creating their own work. Pink Cow Theatre is built up of numerous creative professionals in fields such as film, music, illustration, dance, technology and of course theatre! We pride ourselves in creating unique pieces produced solely by our team, giving greater creative control to participants. Delivered by the same people that bring you Apollo Youth Theatre, participants are bound to learn invaluable skills, create unforgettable memories and of course have lots of fun!

LCF Language Holiday Clubs
LCF are offering Spanish language-based holiday clubs where we travel to a different country each session, to experience their culture, games, music and food!
Learning happens through fun games and activities, as well as crafts and small bits of cooking.
Age: 4-11 years
Cost: The cost is £30 per child, per day and this includes lunch and an ice lolly. In order to participate, they must have an LCF membership which is £12.99 one off payment for 12 months (this covers all their materials, books, stickers and folder as well as access to our online learning zone!).

Bright Sparks Forest School Club
Forest school is a learning approach that is used in a natural outside environment that provides hands-on learning opportunities that enables children to develop holistically. It encourages their independence, confidence and self-esteem through open ended activities and experiences that are challenging but achievable.
Children attending the forest school will have an unforgettable experience this summer, experiencing such things as den building, fire lighting and cooking, clay and creation stations, mud kitchen and bug hunting, tool use and woodwork area and much more!
When: Running for 4 weeks of the Summer Holidays on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9am-3pm

Scallywags Fun Club
Scallywags Fun Club provides holiday childcare for children aged 3 to 18 years and is located in a dedicated area of Broadlea Primary School.
At the holiday club, kids get the chance to get involved in a wide range of activities from team games, clay, face painting, table tennis, sand/water play, needlework and lots more!
1:1 support is available for children with additional needs and children are welcomed from within the Broadlea school community and further afield - you do not have to be a Broadlea pupil to access the fun!
When: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm

Ryde School Holiday Club
Young Explorers – 5-7 years
School-based activities in arts, crafts, sport. There is an option for full days and half days. Sporting activities include football, basketball, rounders, tennis and badminton along with other indoor activities.

YMCA - Wight Day Camps
Set in a perfect location overlooking Sandown Bay, Isle of Wight Day Camps utilises the fantastic facilities at Winchester House, plus the stunning areas immediately around including the beach, local parks, and attractions. With beach school featuring heavily in the programme, we offer many opportunities to children from years R to 12 years to enjoy a range of indoor and outdoor sessions, making new friends and learning new skills along the way!

UKSA (UK Sailing Academy)
Summer camps include an action-packed programme of water-based activities. These can be booked as a fully residential experience, or as a non-residential day camp at our secure 4 acre, waterside campus in Cowes on the Isle of Wight.
Children are supervised at all times by our experienced and safeguard trained watersports instructor team throughout the day. Those on residential courses have access to their own dedicated kids area and evening activities programme run by our expert evening entertainments teams.

Little Rockets - Gymnastics and Trampolining Fun Day
We are super excited to be having our fabulous, exciting, fun days again this summer!
We will be offering our
• Olympic size trampoline
• Olympic size training beam
• Trampette
• Air beams
• 18m air track
• Vault
• Air barrels
• Floor
• Bar
...and so much more!
Most of all it's about having an absolutely fantastic fun filled day, with certificates and prizes, making new friends forming new friendships, whilst working on our skills!
Our fun days are suitable for beginners, people who have never done gymnastics before, or for people who have done lots of gymnastics.
Dates: Tuesdays and Wednesdays in August - 2nd/3rd, 9th/10th, 16th/17th
