This area of meadow and woodland joins onto Monktonmead Brook and it gives us an interesting insight into what Ryde might look like had it never been developed. Gift to Nature have worked hard to make it a lovely place to go walking and enjoy.

We just about got a buggy around the area to do our walk but this isn't recommended as the footpath is narrow and not surfaced. 

It’s easy to access from Quarry Road and only a short walk from Ryde town.
